About a 10-15 minute walk from downtown; the farmers market is home to one of the very best restaurants in Antigua! They grow many of their own ingredients offering fresh and delicious options to suit any diet. Each night of the week boasts a different special or event and on Sundays you can enjoy the shops and live music of the farmers market while enjoying the drool worthy food. Luna De Miel has the most amazing salads and crepes you will find in the city. Between the tasty fresh entrees and the authentic ambiance; this is a can`t miss stop during your time in Antigua. Hint: make sure to get here early because they are lined up out the door after 6 every night.
Samasara is a vegan cafe with heavenly food and dessert options. Everything on the menu is sure to impress vegans and meat lovers alike. Seriously… just try it!
A good pizza place is essential when traveling, isn`t it? Lucky for all of us; this restaurant is absolutely killer! The appys, pizza and drinks were outstanding and we could have stayed on their adorable rooftop patio all night. (vegan, gluten free & low carb options)
These homemade bagels were some of the most fantastic bagels I`ve ever had (and keep in mind… we have an unlimited supply of Montreal-style bagels up here in Canada 😉 ). The bagel barn is a great place to stop in for brunch before doing some shopping and exploring Antigua!
